![]() ![]() The Create Vector Text and Wrap text around a curve tools were consolidated in ArtCAM 2015 please select the Help > What's New menu option to display the What's New documentation, and then read the Designing > Creating vector text section. If so, this demonstration video was captured in ArtCAM Express 2013. I expect that you're referring to the demonstration video associated with the Vector Creation.wmv file in C:\Users\Public\Documents\ArtCAM Files\Tutorials\Express\Design on your computer. My version of ArtCAM is 2015 64 bit Build 339. The attached screenshots named "tutorial version" and "my version" show the difference between my text tool bar and that of the demonstrator. In the demonstration, there is a shoot out button for "text on a curve" when the "create vector text button" is clicked, and my text toolbar looks different to the one in the demonstration, but more specifically I am missing the options for "text spacing" and "editing style", which means I can't drag the text around the circle either wholesale or in individual words or characters. It is possible to do this in my version of ArtCAM Express, but only on a much more basic level. ![]() ![]() I have been watching the ArtCAM Express tutorial named "vector creation" in which it is demonstrated how to wrap text around a circle. ![]()
